The wealth of food diversity of Italy exhibition in Bratislava

He made his debut yesterday in Slovakia, at the international fair Danubius Gastro 2016, the network of gastronomy Mamma Rosa, that includes about 20 small and medium-sized producers from numerous areas of Italy. There were several representatives and holders of Italian companies involved, all for the first time in Slovakia, that showed for the first day of the fair, traditionally dedicated to operators, positive expectations and satisfaction with the interest aroused in visitors. Between meetings and visits, She peeped for a greeting Ambassador Martini.
Combining many realities from different regions and territories, the project showed the added value of the Italian agrifood, the enormous wealth of existing ecosystems, enhancing the diversity and originality of small handicrafts as a fundamental value of food made in Italy. You can find on display in booth Mamma Rosa a wide variety of specialty foods, wines and oils that have specialties and features the most diverse – from particular traditional Umbrian sausage that doesn't exist anywhere else in that peculiar veneto wine or oil marches family farm seeking opportunities abroad.

Mamma Rosa exposes at stand D/122, where in addition to tastings are available for purchase different assortments of food at introductory price (with the formula "from farm to fork"). For all visitors there will be a tribute.
