Stuffed mussels

Ingredients for 2 people:

500 grams of mussels, 1 Cup of olive oil, 1 Cup bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, salt and pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar of Modena.

Stir-fry mussels until they open.
Allow to cool and remove the clam from the shell
and set it aside
in a container making sure to cover it with olive oil.
Make a dough with breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
Add the mussels and mix well.
Add the balsamic vinegar and spread onto a baking sheet and
pass 5 minutes at the bottom of the oven to about 180 degrees.
Serve straight from the oven.
