Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP “Palio”

A rich brown colour and smell sweet and sour dressing gently persistent, lightly acetic and complete with delicate woody aftertaste that aging gives it.
It lends itself well to use it on stuffed pastas, rice, cooked vegetables, meat or fish strictly at the end of cooking but also to accompany, diversifying, a plate of cheeses and seasoned, fruit and ice cream preferably vanilla.
It is advisable to try it by diversifying because sometimes the palate reveals unknown pleasures that your taste buds select!
