Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP “Palio”
This proposal of balsamic vinegar is also obtained from the supply chain PGI, Protected Geographical Indication, it is the result of a skilful mixture of cooked musts with the addition of wine vinegar as provided by the PGI, little wine vinegar, all aged in barrels of different Woods to give those flavors that can guarantee the origins of indigenous craftsmanship. A rich brown colour and smell sweet and sour dressing gently persistent, lightly acetic and complete with delicate woody aftertaste that aging gives it.
It lends itself well to use it on stuffed pastas, rice, cooked vegetables, meat or fish strictly at the end of cooking but also to accompany, diversifying, a plate of cheeses and seasoned, fruit and ice cream preferably vanilla.
It is advisable to try it by diversifying because sometimes the palate reveals unknown pleasures that your taste buds select!
